Fisher Plaza
BUILDING AMENITIES
Building Hours - Normal hours of building entry for Fisher Plaza East are 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Monday through Sunday; Fisher Plaza West are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Access to the building at other times requires the use of an access card. Fisher Plaza will be officially closed on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Fitness Center - Fisher Plaza has a complete Fitness Center located on the Plaza Level of Plaza East. The Fitness Center has state-of-the-art workout equipment, showers, day lockers and towel service. After attending the orientation, Tenants have access to the Fitness Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at no charge.
A professional fitness consultant is available for hiring on a personal basis.
Mail Service - Incoming mail is sorted and available for pick-up by authorized personnel Monday thru Friday in the Mailroom on the Loading Dock. Outgoing mail will be processed in the afternoon for pick-up by the US Postal Service at 3:00 p.m.
The Mailroom is equipped to handle Federal Express shipments. Federal Express delivers packages by 10:30 a.m. daily and picks up packages by 4:30 p.m. UPS and DHL also drop off packages around 10:30 a.m. Pick-ups by these two companies can be arranged by calling and scheduling a pick-up with your account number.

Retail Services
- IronStone Bank - Located in Fisher Plaza West, is open five days a week Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Café Darclee - Located in Fisher Plaza West, is open Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Subway - Located in Fisher Plaza West, is open Monday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Grecian Corner - Located in Fisher Plaza West, is open Monday 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday through Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Sport Restaurant & Bar - Located in Fisher Plaza East, is open Sunday through Thursday 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Transportation
Easy Access to Major Arterials. Interstate 5 is located a few blocks east. Highway 99 has two exit ramps in each direction into Downtown Seattle and is accessible within a few blocks to both the northbound and southbound ramps.
In addition to the above amenities, Fisher Plaza also offers 24-hour building security, loading dock facilities and immediate access to underground parking.
