1000 Denny
The 1000 Denny Building is a 298,843 square foot office, data center and retail building located in downtown Seattle's South Lake Union Urban Center. The reinforced concrete building was built in 1929 with significant additions/upgrades in 1965 and a series of renovations in recent years. Several tenants, including The Seattle Times Company, XO Communications, and Level 3 Communications, occupy the building. The Property is on the South Lake Union / Cascade neighborhood hill which overlooks Lake Union and the city CBD skyline, with direct access to Interstate 5 just a few blocks to the east.
