Cheryl Mauer, RPA
Vice President/Senior Property Manager
Cheryl has built her career at two of Seattle's most prominent real estate development companies. Cheryl is responsible for regular communications with owner representatives regarding annual budgets, financial management and other matters associated with enhancing long-term property value. Her responsibilities also include the coordination, implementation and evaluation of CP Management service plans; major subcontracts selection and administration; property management staff guidance and supervision; and working with owner representatives on tenanting opportunities, marketing of vacant space and lease administration. Cheryl serves as the senior property manager for Willows Commerce Park and Building C at Emerald Corporate Park.
Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from Eastern Washington University.

Randi Pierson
Property Manager
Randi began her career with an industry-leading real estate developer working with international private and institutional investors. She managed portfolios in Bellevue and Redmond, as well as one of Seattle's most prominent downtown high-rises. As property manager she is responsible for the overall management and administration of 605, 625 and 705 Union Station; maintaining the annual budgets and financial reports; vendor negotiation and supervision; property management support staff; and building operations oversight and working with owner representatives on tenanting opportunities, marketing of vacant space and lease administration.
Randi earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington and is working towards a RPA designation.

Dale R. Gray
Manager Engineer
Dale has 20 years of experience in building and industrial park engineering. His current responsibilities for overseeing the physical plant include mechanical and electrical systems maintenance in accordance with company policy and owner expectations; working with tenant representatives to create and maintain a productive and safe environment; subcontracts administration including roof and sprinkler system maintenance, and annual fire and safety confidence testing; and tenant improvement and upgrade requests coordination.

Randy Hebert
Chief Engineer
With over 16 years of successful experience performing commercial building maintenance and engineering, Randy is responsible for the management of maintenance/engineering programs; participating in planning, design and management of shell and core and tenant modifications; schedules and supervises required testing of building fire and life safety systems; ensures tenant/owner maintenance and engineering problems are appropriately addressed and resolved in a professional manner; and oversees the staff of building engineers and day porters.
