Depending on a client's specific needs they are able to manage some or all elements of the design, permitting and construction processes including: conceptual budgeting & scheduling, consultant selection, design consultant contract administration, entitlement & permit acquisition, client/tenant reviews & approvals, owner plan reviews, construction cost estimating & value engineering, contractor selection, bid processing, bidder reference checks, client RFP and vendor coordination, construction contract administration and client occupancy coordination.
